Editorial Reviews

Review

"This book has no competition whatsoever. There is no anthology which even attempts to cover this ground... It will, I believe, become the standard text.

Format: Paperback
This book is both an excellent introduction and thorough treatment of many of the thorniest philosophical and methodological issues in evolutionary biology. It is a must read for anyone who is serious about grappling with the deeper meaning of the study of evolution (i.e. deeper than the relatively simple concern of evolution versus creation).
