If you're into Afro-Caribbean, "Latin Jazz," Bata drums, this album is definitely worth a listen. Several examples of toque bata, Cuban songo, good old P.R. bomba (St. Tomas) and a smoking conga solo by the man, Giovanni Hidalgo. All the grooves are tight and the house is swinging, baby... Lots of variety for a single concert CD. Check out the cut "Calabo y Bambu."
