This CD was apparently issued as an historical oddity, or as a recording only for Victor Herbert completists. Sounds as if recorded by someone sitting far back in the audience with a $20 cassette recorder. AEI has issued many recordings of obscure things, but usually the quality is better than this. Too bad there is not a "chat room" or website for people who can help others find recordings of musical comedy and operetta not readily available. I have not been able to find such a source.
