I loved SDJ and saw him in concert several times in the 1970s. That is what I thought I was ordering, Sammy IN CONCERT. This DVD is a collection of B&W performances from his youth. I would not be disgruntled if I felt as though the product was adequately described on Amazon.

I'm writing a Broadway musical about the early life of Sammy Davis, Jr. This DVD gave me the chance to see a young Sammy in action...I love Mr. Davis, and can't get enough of the entertainer who did it all. Teri
