On fire for the Lord!,

From beginning to end, the Williams Bros. put on a gospel performance akin to the hottest of rock bands, all to the glory of God. I affectionately refer to them as "The O'Jays of Gospel Music" because Melvin's raspy, powerful tenor evokes the passion of Eddie Levert; while Doug provides perfect counterpoint with his smooth baritone and effortless falsetto, and Henry Green rounds out the full sounding harmonies. The band and choir are super-tight, and while Carlton Pearson, Juanita Bynum, and K & K Mime share in the ministry, this tape is dominated by the fellas from Smithdale, MS. Like the O'Jays, these guys haven't received their just due but I think that will change with this video. A must have for any true gospel music fan.

This video is really a blessing to watch. The Williams Brothers especially Melvin just let's loose and let the Lord have his way. They are just a blessing to watch! May God bless and keep them on fire for him.
