My first introduction to Jarre. My first listen transported me to another world, one I'd never EVER experienced before. Technical perfection, with tones that transmute the listener to another space and time. It's out of the listener's control... don't try to fight it. And don't forget, this recording is live! Truly amazing! Tops my list of deserted island MUSTS! There's not much that compares. GET IT.

If you like a eletronic music, with quality, and can leave you to the other place, do not lost this cd. Is the best of J M Jarre without doubt.

If you love this artist, you'll love this cd. This really cool thing about this cd is that it was performed live at the great wall. Great ear candy!!

Les Concerts en Chine

(Dreyfus 1982/1992)

I do not want to discourage anyone from buying this magnificently beautiful album but the original Volume Two CD had the "Les Chants Magnetiques ONE" which is over 10 minutes long and which, for whatever reason, is missing here and is also missing in the current vol. 2 CD being sold here. This album remains gorgeous even with the missing track but I cannot explain why that track is no longer on the album.
Still, this current version gets Five Star.
Do not miss the opportunity to get this Electronic Music Gem!
