About the Author

Eva C. Ritvo, M.D. is Associate Professor in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Science at the University of Miami School of Medicine in Miami, Florida. Ira D. Glick, M.D., is Professor in the Department of Psychiatry at Stanford University School of Medicine in Stanford, California. Recently, Dr. Glick won the Distinguished Contribution to Family Systems Research Award from the American Family Therapy Academy, as well as the Outstanding Achievement Award of the Northern California District Branch of the American Psychiatric Association.
