I am a Internist/Cardiologist and use this pulse oximeter every day multiple times on my patients. I would highly recommend this product.

Thank you...works fine...it is just what I wanted...Shows my oxygen level in less than 4 seconds. Then goes up or down every other second. And also shows my heart beat which is good. And I received it within a few working days.

I bought this for my father who has pulmonary silicosis and has resisted oxygen therapy for years despite his low SpO2. Because my parents really enjoy summers in the mountains away from the desert heat, they were unable to enjoy their retreat due to his worsening condition. Now that he is on oxygen, the pulse oximeter gives him feedback on how the low oxygen tension at higher altitudes contributes to his malaise and allows mim to make needed adjustments in activity or oxygen flow. He is doing better and enjoying the mountains a little better. This technology has been very easy for my parents to use. They have become experts in the oxygen management and their quality of life may be a little better.

As an RN working in home health and previously in ICU, I depend on an accurate pulse ox every day. I carried around a bulky wired $350 pulse ox for the first 2 years & was very disappointed in battery life and accuracy. This little pulse ox is awesome. It accurately measures COPD patients (compared to their Nonin pulse ox), has a prompt response time, & even gave an accurate reading on a Ca patient who had just come out of the hospital & had difficulty with getting the pulse ox to read the whole time he was in. A huge benefit is the prompt auto-off within seconds - great battery saver. I couldn't be more pleased & I'm delighted with the 2 year warranty for any future issues!

I am an RN and I have actually purchased 2 of these items, one for my own use and another for a friend who has emphysema.
He uses it to tell him when he needs to put his oxygen back on and when it is safe to take it off for a while. I find this item
to be reliable and rugged enough to take a little tossing around, not that you should do that. I would not hesitate to recommend
this unit to anyone.

I am a little disappointed with this product. I work in a hospital and use it in my daily rounds. It does not work on low perfussion patients (COPD,Asthma, congestive heart failure), also takes quite a few additional seconds to read on a patient having no perfussion problems. Some reviews stated they use it in clinical settings, and works great. This may be true. In a hospital setting it is not a product that I can count on to work with a variety of patients. I will be sending this product back to the company.

Good quality and ease of use. I bought this for my mom, but during a recent trip to my doctor for a physical, I brought it along and found it to be dead on accurate when compared to his equipment.

We purchased this item for my grandmother. I researched many other pulse oximeters to find one that would be easy to use, reliable and a good value. This item met all our requirements.

A side note: The original pulse oximeter we received had an apparent short in it. The customer service I received in order to get a replacement was FANTASTIC! I sent an email one day to notify the company of our problem. I received a phone call (from the president of the company) and a follow up email within 24 hours. We did some troubleshooting and, once we confirmed a problem, they had a replacement sent the next day. All is well with the new pulse oximeter.

I have worked many years in customer service and it is refreshing to find a company so committed to their products. In this day and age with so many companies from which to make purchases, quality customer service will separate the average companies from the great ones...they will also get my future business.
