I have an affinity for the music, in general, but I purchased this set to get an overview of its percussion usages and patterns -- a bit of self-study. The collection is great! Four CDs of recordings from various "name" artists in the genre for an incredible price. Tracks range from more traditional to jazz, with a few vocal tracks. The samples on this (Amazon) site are quite representative of the total collection. If you like the samples, you'll love the CDs.
