Fantastic Lupin Tales, October 18, 2008
Only recently I rediscovered Arsene Lupin, the world's greatest thief
and crime solver.I am listing titles of tales to save duplication:
Two Hundred Thousand Francs Reward!; The Wedding Ring; The Sign of the Shadow; The Infernal Trap; The Red Silk Scarf; Shadowed by Death; A Tragedy in the Forest of Morgues; Lupin's Mariage; The Invisible Prisoner
and, Edith Swan-Neck (The tapestries puzzle). In Lupin's tales, you
think you definitely know the name of the criminal-you feel, no doubt
you have it when all of a sudden you turn out dead wrong. You also have mixed emotions about Arsene. He is a theif but he doesnt steal from the poor and never, ever sheds any blood and goes out of his way to help
the downtrodden. It's a joy to watch his movements.

Just a fan, April 17, 2011
I know this review probably isn't helpful but I'm a fan of all the Arsene Lupin stories so I loved it. If this is you're first time reading one of Mr. Leblanc's books, this is a good pick or I'd start with "Arsene Lupin: Gentleman Thief" or "The Exploits of Arsene Lupin."
