After checking out three books about coffee from the library, I decided to just read one of them - Confessions of a Coffee Bean. It was a good choice. The book is well organized and written in a clear, friendly tone. The author covers it all: the history of coffee, the types, the countries that grow it, how to make it, coffee beverages and coffee desserts. I found this book to be very interesting and enjoyable. Had I chosen to buy it, I wouldn't have been disappointed.

I am very happy with this book. I first rented it at my local library and I enjoyed it so much that I bought it here. Defintetly a great book to read, if you are a fan of coffee. There were so many things I did not know about coffee. Very interesting book. Tell you all about the history behind coffee. Even has coffee recipes in the back of the book as well!
