There was a lot of stuff from early Sea Shepherd campaigns that I've never heard or seen anything about. The film itself is quite entertaining and funny as well as interesting. I really recommend it if you are a Sea Shepherd fan and have not heard much of its early days.

The ending seemed a bit abrupt, but overall the film was entertaining and had a lot of great Sea Shepherd footage and stories that you simply won't hear anywhere else.

I thought the movie was well done and it does provide an interesting history about Sea Shepherd other than the battles shown on tv against the Japanese whalers. I had no idea they have worked in so many places across the globe!

The downfall of many environmental documentaries is poor editing, movies that are overlong and have a rambling feel to them, no clear arc, etc. This one definitely falls into that category, but it is definitely also educational. I learned things about the founding of Greenpeace that I never knew, and the history of the environmental movement, in particular those who are dedicated to saving our oceans and its beings. I learned thing about Paul Watson that I never knew, understand the break between those who continued with Greenpeace vs. Watson and Sea Shepherd and how Sea Shepherd got started and why, I also learned more about some of the heartbreaking issues facing sea life, and the awful annual slaughter in the Faroe Islands. So, definitely learned things and I am glad I watched it, but it would have benefitted from a less meandering feel and better editing.

Confessions Of an Eco-Terrorist was very informative and explained many of sea shepherd's tactics. I really enjoyed how it was told through the eyes of someone who was not a vegan.
