I don't know what the last reviewer was thinking, but this is not the Chris Conely of Saves the Day. Its Chris Connelly of Ministry, RevCo, Murder Inc, Damage Manual, and other bands, including a lot of solo work. His style is very influenced by David Bowie, and suggested for anyone that wants to read something a little outside of the mainstream. Lots of great language.

damn good book for fans of chris' musical works, but I know plenty of people who don't listen to his music who love it. It's really a book for anyone who likes well written poetry. one thing to point out is, that the book is not out of print and you can get it on his website (www.chrisconnelly.com) for a mere 15 bucks, sites really should get a clue that its still in print and start selling it again..

I think that this is one of the best poetry books i have ever read. Chris is an incredible writer and lyricist. I first found out about Chris from his band SAVES THE DAY and i love the lyrics in the songs. Then one day my freind told Chris had a book out so i went to the book store and picked it up. It's even better tahn his music. I think that if you havent had the pleasure of reading some of his work i really think you should pick this up.
