Worthwhile reading. I have been involved with search engine optimization for several years, and do a great job at promoting my sites. I can say with confidence that this book is a good one.

This book has been given away for free all over the net.
I've read it and as SEO practitioner would advise everybody
not to waste their time on it. The info is old and not valid,
code samples are bad (initially thought some of them were
examples of how NOT TO code your page :)

Allen Harkleroad wrote an thorough, in-depth SEO resource. The writing is simple, how-to fashion, which doesn't leave you confused and lost. Excellent for beginners and veterans alike. If you follow all the step all Harkleroad lists in Confidential SEO secrets, your traffic is bound to improve.

It seems that several authors competing on the same subject are running around the Internet trying to discredit the book with bad reviews. Don't listen to the critics. It is a shame an author can't provide a book without other authors bashing his work.
