5.0 out of 5 stars An excellent and realistic military shooter/sim, February 26, 2005

= Fun:5.0 out of 5 stars
This review is from: Conflict Desert Storm 2: Back To Baghdad (CD-ROM)
"Conflict: Desert Storm 2", just like the original "Conflict: Desert Storm", is a very well done military simulation for practicing basic combat infantry tactics, while still keeping the game really fun on a shooter-type of level. In other words, this is not a mind-numbing run-and-gun game -- you must think how you and your squad should assault or defend various positions; or the enemy will kill you and all of your men. There are not many games out there with this winning combination of realism, excitement, enjoyment, and playability: This is one of the few that successfully combines all of these elements.

3.0 out of 5 stars good game... but no online?, January 2, 2005
= Fun:4.0 out of 5 stars
This review is from: Conflict Desert Storm 2: Back To Baghdad (CD-ROM)
Graphics are little behind "good" for a 2003 game. But other than that, awesome gameplay. The thing I hate most is that there is no online play. I always play my brother over the LAN and now we can't do it. I can't give you another alternative game because I don't know one. If you play games for the campaign, then this game is for you. If you're an onliner, then get another game. The campaign is still fun though.
