5.0 out of 5 stars I don't get all the haters...
This is one of the most realistic combat games I have come across. Unfortunately, for those who seem to hate this franchise, it can be a bit challenging at times. It may not be perfect but it is fun and the game lasts a long 14 levels that are very diverse and interesting. There are multiple ways to beat each different situation you come across and it is interesting to...

3.0 out of 5 stars Fun game when played in short bursts
Conflict global terror is a fun game, it's by no means perfect, but it is fun. I picked it up, because I wanted a decent tps for my pc, and I am satisfied with it. Conflict GT has a good variety of levels, they are all fairly long, but can become a bit tedious. The player can switch between the four man squad at any time so you get to use a good variety of weapons. While...

It may not be perfect but it is fun and the game lasts a long 14 levels that are very diverse and interesting. There are multiple ways to beat each different situation you come across and it is interesting to replay levels and try different strategies. I thought the AI was very good as well. If you can pick this up for $20 it is worth taking a chance on.

Conflict GT has a good variety of levels, they are all fairly long, but can become a bit tedious. The games graphics are fair and the cutscenes look ok for the year this game was made. All in all, I give this game a 7/10 and would recommend it to any tps fan whose pc is not an extreme gaming rig.

5.0 out of 5 stars Agreed, don't be a hater, December 17, 2008
= Fun:5.0 out of 5 stars
This review is from: Conflict Global Terror (CD-ROM)
This game is not as easy as one of the reviewers made it out to be. Sure, it might be nice on the lowest setting, but playing it on the hardest difficulty will give you problems.

This game is best played with other people in coop online (something that fewer and fewer games are offering these days). You HAVE to work together as a team on these missions or you're toast. Each individual has a certain role in the team that they are good at which is good so that each team member is equally important in the mission.

Stealth is rewarded not only with bonus points, but often with less enemies that you have to deal with since the alarms are not triggered.

The game is just downright fun if you like to play coop. I saw it for $1.99 the other day at a store near me, so for the price of a couple sodas, pick it up and give it a try.

2.0 out of 5 stars This is not a First Person Shooter ....., April 20, 2008
= Fun:2.0 out of 5 stars

It's a 3rd person shooter, something not mentioned in Product
Descriptions. Full marks to the developers for deception.
It's also quite complicated [a 30 page manual], and if one of your AI dies, you lose.

Only a limited number of saves per level.

It's not my cup of tea at all.

Another sad and pahetic attempt by Take2 Interactive!

This is the 4th game in this serious. Pick up some old gaming magazines and you can read articles of interviews with Take2 swearing, pledging that this 4th version was going to blow us all away! (I have heard them make these claims before)

Let me sum this game up quickly for you without getting lost in mundane details.
1- Ammunition is almost bottomless.
STUPID!!! No challenge here. Just run your guns dry in every fire fight because there are gobs of ammo laying around!

2- Endless Health.
YAWN!!! Go ahead, stand near a grenade, step on a landmine. Doesn't matter cause your health will be replenished in no time! You have to be the weakest, whimpiest gameplayer in the world (unless your under the age of 9) to actually die in this game. I AM NOT JOKING!

3- Mongoloid Retards for Enemies.
LAME!!! Enemy AI is LAME! They don't take cover. They just run right at you asking to be mowed down. No challenge what-so-ever.

4- MONGOLOID RETARDS for teammates!
LAMEST!!! Your teammates get in the way, they don't take cover. Basically, you have drooling, monkey brained, bullet sponges hanging out with you. NO HELP AT ALL!

5- Weak, outdated graphics!
GIVE UP!!! Just freaking GIVE UP already Take2! Quit your jobs and let real coders have a chance to make money and create something beautiful. The enemy and teammate skins are blocky, rough, and have a certain..."year 2000" feel to them. Textures are lame too.

To summarize -
This game is a total WASTE OF YOUR MONEY!

Buy QUAKE 4 instead!
