A workshop that offers trainers everything they need to design and deliver a program that works. The workshop provides tools for facilitators to help the group come to terms with the source of their conflict using discussion, story telling, reflections, and inter-active exercises.
I am most interested in people getting together to create just futures. Lucky for me, this has led to some fascinating and productive work in large group, cross-cultural conflict engagement/facilitation at the organizational, community, and public policy arenas. It has also given me the opportunity to meet and work with many wonderful people, and to do some teaching and writing.
Generous clients, colleagues, and teachers have exposed me to a myriad of ideas and approaches as I have worked with them in diverse government, academic, health care, non-profit, and business settings.
My books are centered around the idea that all of us have our own personal theories of conflict and what we think we should do to handle them. The books help people sort through their thinking about conflict and make their best decisions about how to most effectively participate.
