Conflict Resolution
Great book. If you are interesting in learning different theories of conflict and the role that these theories play in everyday conflict and conflict resolution, you have to purchase this book!

Yes, but
Primary focus seems to be on the history of studying conflicts and resolution. Possibly mildly interesting to the psycho student who wants some names to drop in front of the faculty I suppose, but mostly devoid of useful techniques and concepts.
