This book is a must-read for recent college graduates and other new entrants to the job market as it will dramatically reduce their learning curve on a myriad of critical success factors (i.e., effective networking, leveraging a mentor relationship). However, seasoned professionals will also find gems within "Connect" that will enhance their careers if applied as described by the author.
