Rita Coombs-Richardson, Ph.D., is a faculty member at the University of St. Thomas in Houston, Texas. She has taught at numerous colleges and universities. She also has experience as a teacher in special and general education programs at the elementary and secondary levels.

Charles H. Meisgeier, Ph.D., is a noted expert in the identification and accomodation of personality types in children. He is currently Coordinator of Special Education and Professor of Educational Psychology at the University of Houston. Dr. Meisgeier has consulted with schools, colleges, and agencies, and has conducted workshops and training programs in the United States and in Europe.
