This little fan is just that... a little fan. It won't blow your hair back, or dry sweat on your face. What it will do is provide you with a tiny little breeze, that's just enough to keep you comfortable in a stuffy place. It is supposed to oscillate, but mine rotated one time, and never moved again. That might be a show-stopper for someone who wants an oscillating fan. I bought this because of the USB power supply, as our office no longer allows any plug-in devices of any sort in our offices. You can't beat it for the money.

This fan couldn't move a hair floating in the wind let alone attempt to cool you off at work. The blades are very cheap foam and they get caught in the useless fan guard and don't move unless you free them. THEN, you have to hear the cheap blades hitting the guard over and over again. The fan is supposed to oscillate, but that's more of a joke than the fact they call this piece of trash a fan. Do yourself a favor, and buy something that will work instead of this garbage. Fortunately, Amazon is awesome and they refunded me 100% of my money for this trash that didn't even do what it said it would do. If you have purchased this, didn't you know it would be crap when you saw the packaging?
