Small, inexpensive, NOT silent but quiet enough,

The fan stands a mere 7 inches tall. I just unpacked it and tested it out. It is not exactly silent. But, it is quiet enough for my needs. It pushes out enough air for my needs. And, unlike the USB fan I'm using now, it can rotate on its base. The fan blades were detached when I unpacked it. But, I was able to push it back onto its mount with taking it apart. If it could tilt vertically and were a bit quieter, I would give it 5 stars.
