Unlike other cheap card readers i have bought this one actually works. Lost a star for me because its so small I often lose it in my drawer-this might be a plus for some.

I used this with a 1GB microSD card that I had already used successfully for several months. When I put the card in this device and plugged it into my Mac OS X 10.5 system, it seemed to corrupt the data. The MS-DOS volume name was replaced with "ŻŻŻŻŻŻŻŻŻŻŻ", and the filesystem contents were not always accessible. I was unable to partition & erase it one time -- I got an I/O error -- and then I had success another time.

I'm throwing mine away.

This device worked exactly as advertised. I was able to plug a microSD card in and connect it through USB to both Linux and Windows machines with absolutely no problem. I was worried about the microSD card falling out, but it turns out that the little clip which you can attach to the card reader acts as a lock to keep it from coming out.

This is the smallest micro sd reader I have ever seen, and it works. I can carry this reader with the micro sd in my wallet. You just have to be careful because it is very easy to lose it.

This is a nice little tool that I got specifically for a application for my job. I can copy files from one PC and then send them in via my phone.

I need the micro SD card reader, so I can carry it around on work. I was shopping around on the internet. I found this one is best for me. It is small enought to put into pocket. I use it almost every day now.
