Solidly built -- good construction. Using to connect a 20A power supply to a standard mains outlet, and it works perfectly. Do not load beyond 1875W (the cord has a warning tag on it and this is good advice if your wiring may be substandard). If you can't measure it with a Kill-A-Watt, don't use this plug. Otherwise a great buy and high quality.

This is better than the Furman ADP-1520 for one simple reason - it uses 12/3 size wire instead of 14/3 size wire that the Furman ADP-1520 has.

I'm using this on a FURMAN PM-PRO SERIES II 20 AMP CONDITIONER (which Furman does not make any longer).

Not much to say about an electrical adapter but that this one is extremely well made. Product arrived quickly and well packaged. Served the purpose perfectly.

Adapter is well made and does exactly what it made to do. I would recommend this product to anyone who needs a 15/20 amp adapter.

Item is a bit expensive for what it is, but keep in mind that making the adapter yourself with parts from a DIY store will be about the same price, without the clean looks.
This is exactly what I needed. I can plug my computer PSU to a non-20A equipped socket, because I know that it will draw less than the max current so no risk of fire/melting... Do not use if your appliance draws more than 15A and the wall wiring is not able to handle it!

If you know you need it, get it.

The quality was better than expected. The cord was well insulated. I have not had any problems. One note for improvement, the wattage needs to be displayed in the item description.

I can't believe I'm reviewing a power cord. Am using this to connect an APC SMT2200 battery backup to a normal wall-plug socket. Well constructed. Problem solved.

Buy this over the Furman and save a couple of dollars in the process. Just as good if not better. Solid 12 guage cable. Works great with Festool Vacs.
