Peggy Duncan is an organization, time management, and software expert. Conquer Email Overload with Better Habits, Etiquette, and Outlook Tips and Tricks is her third book written for busy people who want more time. Two previous books include: Put Time Management to Work: Get Organized, Streamline Processes, Use the Right Technology, and Just Show Me Which Button to Click!: Computer Training for Busy People.

Peggy is the CEO of Duncan Resource Group, Inc., a productivity training and consulting firm she started in 1997 in Atlanta, Georgia. Major corporations such as Genentech, Georgia-Pacific, State Farm, Mead, and Metrics have benefitted from her expertise, as well as readers of publications such as O, the Oprah Magazine, Fitness, MyBusiness, Essence, and Black Enterprise. Peggy is a professional member of the National Speakers Association, and has presented at annual conferences for Federally Employed Women, Possible Woman, Excellence in Government, National Sales Network, and more. She also regularly teaches faculty and staff at Georgia Tech in a seminar titled, Get Organized NOW.

Peggy was formally trained at IBM, and is a lively, energetic presenter who makes learning fun and exciting.
