3.0 out of 5 stars Important resource for parents of autistic children, June 7, 2004

This review is from: Conquering Autism: Reclaiming Your Child Through Natural Therapies (Hardcover)
The author suggests a link between exposure to environmental toxins/heavy metals and autism/PDD. He also states that ineffective liver function is implicated. Although the author gets too technical at times, this is a very useful resource for parents of autistic children. To me it should be read together with William Shaw's book Biological Treatments for Autism and PDD for a more complete picture.
