5.0 out of 5 stars conquering the fatigue depression weight gain caused by low thyroid
this book provided insight into my body that medical doctors do not either know or understand. It answered so many of the questions I had. Excellent information and problem solvers. If people would be more open to natural cures and self disipline instead of the next quick fix pill from the medical community, we would have a much healthier and happier world.

1.0 out of 5 stars THIS AUTHOR IS A TOTAL QUACK
I got this book along with others in the mail the first thing I noticed was this was really small for the price. It was about $8 for this book it looks more like a thick pamplet you would get for free at a doctor's office. It is 63 pages total and about half the size of a normal book of this kind in height and width and the font is larger than most books. You could...

I got this book along with others in the mail the first thing I noticed was this was really small for the price. It was about $8 for this book it looks more like a thick pamplet you would get for free at a doctor's office. It is 63 pages total and about half the size of a normal book of this kind in height and width and the font is larger than most books. You could literally read the entire book in less than 30 minutes. She makes some good points about Hypothyroidism and it's lack of diagnosis but her recommendations for treating the disease are complete and total quackery! She recommends doing fast in succession and her explanation behind these things is complete fiction and her own version of medicine. She also peppers her writing with scripture as if because she combining her misinformation with random scripture it makes it true. As a sufferer of Hypothyroidism for 20 years and a Christian I'm actually insulted that she would prey on others and get them to buy her book, which she profits from and expounds such complete misinformation. She also recommends several products in the book that she has developed. This is nothing more than you paying to advertise for her if you buy this book. I actually believe the title of the book is false advertising! DON'T BE TAKEN!
