This book is an easy read and offers an alternative to another surgery ,which is the solution most uroligists seem to offer.If you have tried "kegels" without success,try this program . At least you will know you have tried as much as possible before going under the knife. The authors approach appealled to me as a way I could attack my problem myself and not rely on an implanted sling. That said you should know it's only been a short time and while I have seen improvement I still use pads regularly. Protatectomy was 19 months ago.
