Product Description

HOW WE DISCOVERED THE FIRST CALMING SCENT.While cleaning stalls at our deer farm, an employee realized he was late for his evening hunt. Without time to change, he wore his overalls on stand. Soon, he was surrounded by deer that, even as he purposely moved, were not particularly alarmed. When he reported that he could have easily harvested any of the deer we realized that it must be the scent from the stalls! A CALM DEER IS LESS LIKELY TO SMELL, SEE OR HEAR YOU.EverCalm is a collection of scents and smells from deer bedding areas. These scents and smells put deer at ease. A calm animal feels safe and isless likely to detect you. Apply EverCalm to your boots, clothing, trees, scent pad, stand, blind, decoy, camera, scrapes or licking branches.USE ALL SEASON LONG.Deer use bedding areas all year long so EverCalm is effective all season long. Use EverCalm every time you hunt!NO SPILLS. NO LEAKS. NO MESS. NO PRESERVATIVES.EverCalm’s wax-stick formula prevents accidental leaks in your backpack and smelly scent on your fingers. And, unlike bottled scents, aConQuest scent stick requires no preservatives so you get 100% pure, unpreserved scent! ConQuest scents are encapsulated in wax. As youwipe the stick (like deodorant), scent is released. The wax formula is also weather resistant so it won’t wash away in rain or dew like liquid scent.

I was out hunting this weekend for the opening of deer season here in Ohio. I used the "herd in a stick" on the bottoms as well as the sides of my boots for my trek into the woods to put up my stand. When I got to the site to put up my stand, I reapplied to the soles of my boots. I walked a few places around the tree, and proceeded to climb. A few hours later a doe ran down the trail directly at me. Tried to make out what was in the tree ahead of her. I watched her put her nose toward the ground and casually smelled where I had been walking. Amazing! (She should have kept running, for her sake!) I have witnessed a number of deer actually following the footsteps of where I have traveled. They are put at ease. Best scent product I have tried!!! I can't wait to try the buck scent that I also purchased! Thank you EverCalm!

I used this stuff for the first time last season and had great results. I used it a few mock scrapes, but mostly just put it on the bottoms and sides of my boots walking into the stand. On opening day I had an 8 point buck walk into my food plot and feed for 30 minutes, I had EverCalm on a tree near the food plot about 20 yards from my stand - the buck walked out of the food plot to sniff the tree and then back into the plot to feed - it was amazing! About a week later that same tree had a pretty nice rub on it. I didn't shoot that 8 pointer because he was probably only 2.5 or 3.5 years.

I read all the reviews and thought I'd at least give this a try. I was most skeptical of a few reviewers that said (I checked other site reviews also) that deer followed their tracks. That seemed crazy because I had never witnessed anything like that with the deer I hunt. To my shock, I witnessed a fawn sniffing where I had been walking then the "mama" called the fawn. The fawn ran away, then about 5 minutes later the fawn and "mama" doe were back in the same spot with their noses on the ground following EXACTLY where I had been walking. I would not have believed this if I hadn't seen it for myself!!!! The best way to describe the odor is that it smells like a horse stall, which is not too bad since doe estrus and buck urine is awful smelling.

I bought the product for the first time this year, and with more than a bit of scepticism as I've been disappointed by many scent products. I applied the scent to a tree, a doe decoy, and my pop up blind. Several deer have passed directly downwind of my set up without alarm, not even a snort. Usually, I can't get deer to come in from downwind, but Deer Herd in a Stick appears to do what it claims. Would buy the product again.

Like others have said, I've had deer down wind of me and they didn't seem to notice me. I used this for both my daughters and my rubber boots. I had a yearling walk in on me and after a few minutes she went to where we had walked in a few days before and bedded down right on our entrance path from a few days earlier. I watched her for 20 minutes and when she got up she walked out on top of where I had walked in earlier that morning.

This stuff seems great. I liked it enough that I'm ordering a second one.

One note of interest: The reason it got 4 stars was how soft the stuff is. When you rub it across the treads of the boots large chunks of the scent will come off. This happens even if you use light pressure. SOLUTION: Using a rubber pair of gloves I could evenly spread this across and all over the boots.

Here's the thing... If they're gonna come by you, this stuff will work. It will not bring them in like fish to a bait BUT it does have the ability to calm them from your scent. Now for me this is a great feature because I bow hunt public land and from the ground. I have had them around me within a few feet, downwind, upwind, and crosswind. NUFF SAID, good stuff.

I used this product last year with lots of success. Hunted several times with it on my boots and some trees, and had lots of deer come down range or across my path with no detection or alarm. I actually had 2 does come within 15 yards under my stand and I watched one go to sleep near me... no JOKE!!! That was a first for me and has made me a true believer in this product. I do recommend using rubber boots of course and continue aggressive scent control, but this product is AWESOME!

Great product. Used almost exclusively on my clothes during bow season. Had deer coming right in on me; it appeared they were unaware I was in the vicinity.
