I am a medical professional. A patient showed me this book, and I was appaled. Never before have I read such a dangerous piece of pseudo-psychology babble.
This book is criminal in its misinformation. Anyone who follows it is putting their life at serious risk of liver damage and permanent disfigurement. I did some research about the first author. It turns out she doesn't follow her own advice: She weighs well over 350 pounds! No one in their right mind would buy this book. Don't take my word for it, just ask your doctor. |
