It is almost bizarre to retell something that now seems so distant, but I am inspired and guided to share this with others who may be searching and would cry tears of relief at hearing of another's triumph. In the late 90s I was living and working as a teacher in New Jersey.

I started noticing lowered immunity, depression, frustration with personal relationships, and a deep ache inside to "feel good." I began listening to a radio talk show about health and attending 12 step meetings and Unity Church in search of a daily way of "connecting." I resigned from my position as a middle school teacher and began my studies in Nutrition, Natural Cookery, and Naturopathy.

Upon returning home to Virginia in 2000, I crashed. Suddenly I was having serious trouble sleeping, became severely bloated, had major digestive discomfort and distress, felt as if I would die each month before my period, experienced anxiety, depression, "brain fog," malaise, fatigue, aching muscles, fear, and despair. I experimented with practically every diet known to humankind, in addition to energy work, acupuncture, allergy elimination techniques, EFT, hardcore supplementation, sauna therapy, Reiki, electrical cellular stimulation, IV therapy, reflexology, psychic detox techniques, acupressure techniques for emotional release, massage, heavy metal detox, German machinery, microscopy, and others. Although some alleviated my symptoms, I still did not feel a fundamental shift.

One morning at 4 am, I was guided to do Internet research and found a commentary on a bulletin board about someone's boyfriend who had "taken Potentiation," the first phase of the Regenetics Method, and healed his Leaky Gut Syndrome. Thinking Potentiation was a bottle of homeopathic drops, I contacted Sol and Leigh and began my 18-month journey through the Regenetics Method.

The level of neuro-toxicity (caused by vaccine damage and compounded by other factors) I carried was quite high and Potentiation was the perfect avenue for its departure from my body. The process was intense at times, but I could gradually feel a lifting of the "sludge" and knew I was headed for a life-affirming existence after years of extreme discomfort. I was so motivated to help my nutritional and naturopathic patients, and society at large, I trained to become a Regenetics Method Facilitator. This technique has helped transformed my life beyond anything I could have imagined. I could not possibly recommend CONSCIOUS HEALING more highly.

This is a very informative and valuable book. I've been a practitioner of multiple mind-body & energetic healing modalities, including one called Neuromodulation Technique, which is based on ideas quite in accord with Sol Luckman's, which also uses muscle tests in assessing and modulating the state of one's system of functioning. Luckman's book covers and synthesizes a wide range of ideas, some more tangible and verifiable than others. He draws on modern DNA research as well as ideas of David Wilcock, Gregg Braden, Rupert Sheldrake, Lynne McTaggart, Len Horowitz, Bruce Lipton, and channeled sources such as Barbara Marciniak & Barbara Hand Clow's Pleiadians and some Theosophical writings. I greatly admire those combining Shamanic wisdom and techniques with modern findings about DNA and energy fields/systems. This book truly offers highlights in that respect, accompanied by the author's personal story and observations. It does seem a little unfocused at times, since the author covers such a range of topics, and one thing I found lacking was a concrete description of what a Regenetics session would be like. That being said, I think this is one of the best books out there now on the art of healing with consciousness/intention and linguistic and vibrational input. Since this is an esoteric field that has been rapidly growing I think we'll see more books on these topics in coming months and years.

As a client & a Facilitator of this method i could not recommend it more.I used to suffer with psoriatic arthritis. I was healthy untill vaccinations & birth control damaged my immune system. I tried & practiced so many modalities. I have seen life changing results with this method of DNA activation. The benefits have been continual. Reading this book will be the first part of what could really steer you into a new world of life & health, consciously. Start here with the future of healing. Read this book & do the Regenetics Method today.

This is a good read and fairly quick too. Make no mistake that it is a sales tool for the web site and the healing process available there. If you are looking for an instructional book this is not a book to buy. If you are open to some interesting research and insights into an interesting healing modality you will like what's here.

I rated it four stars because of the research references and Bibliography otherwise I would have given it a three.

If you are familiar with the chakras, idea of experiencing your beliefs, and enlightenment, but are looking for a new kind of healing, this book wraps these ideas together in it's explanation of DNA. It presents scientific information in a readable and interesting way. It does not, however, offer techniques you can try on your own. The therapy described in the book must be performed by the author either in person or through his website.

While others may provide a more detailed description of Sol Luckman's Conscious Healing - Book One on the Regenetics Method, my comments are coming from the place of experiencing the process first, and then reading the book.

I started the process in March 2005, after synchronistically coming across the website for the Regenetics Method while searching for someting else. Reading the information on the site, I immediately felt a resonance and intuitively knew I wanted to do it, but I didn't really understand what DNA activation was.

I underwent the third part of the three-step Rengenetics process, Elucidation, in early January 2006, and THEN I started reading the book which had only recently been published. I was thrilled by it! Not only does it explain what DNA activation is, enhancing my understanding of the process, it provides a vast range of information on topics I've been pursuing for years in my personal quest for spiritual healing and awareness. It has brought together the various pieces of information I'd previously gleaned, added additional pieces-including the scientific ones--and pulled it all together in a way that makes sense to me. I am very excited to at last be able to see the bigger picture--the path to transformation on a spiritual and physical level.

I have no scientific background other than high school classes, yet the author explains complex scientific information in a way that I could easily understand. He quotes from many other authors and various studies on scientific, historical, and spiritual topics, and ties it all together along with his own thinking and conclusions.

As far as my own experience, I have been ill for 16 years with CFIDS and MCS, as was the author. So far I have experienced a great deal of physical detoxification and sense of core healing, as well as major spiritual growth. I'm looking forward to seeing what further changes occur during the next nine months as the Elucidation process unfolds.

Whether one is interested in pursuing the Regenetics Method, or is just interested in learning about what is occuring at this time on the planet and where humanity as we know it is headed, I feel this book is well worth reading. It is easily read by a lay person, and I recommend it very highly.

I have read the book several times. I am so thrilled to learn more about some of the science to back up what I suspected about the extent to which we can and do transact with DNA and the role consciousness plays in all of life's processes that I have been reading about in other texts. The writer's courage to put some very controversial texts together with the science was so gratifying for me. I really enjoy the way he writes about these things. Luckman's writing and the way he explains and connect things put a lot of disparate pieces of so many puzzles together for me. I also appreciate Mr. Luckman's generosity to tell the story about his own body. His story and those found in the back of the book concretely demonstrate that miracles are possible.

This book is the perfect blend of Spiritual and Scientific information regarding our DNA, it's huge potential..... our huge potential and our healing. Wonderfully written with the personal touch and detailed personal experiences by the author/s. Excellent scientific back up by scientists and wonderful to see experiments being done by the scientific fraternity for Human biological advancement. This proves that we can cure ourselves of human conditions. A must have for the Ascending Spirit and all those interested in Spiritual advancement.

Very, very impressed. I couldn't put it down and I recommend reading it again and again.

There are no words to say that haven't already been said in regards to this momentous book. All I can say is the money spent was infinitely insignificant compared to the wealth offered within these trailblazing pages! Order the book, read the book, and start living life as it was meant to be lived!
