This book is very informative, and a real learning tool, for preventative maintenance on the body. It would have been very helpful if I'd gotten to read it when I was 20 years old or younger. but Now is a good time to learn how to really take care of yourself. And this book tells you how to do just that. A must read for everyone.

I've read many health books. This one book answers ALL the pertinent questions! And so well laid out and understandable, as well.
