5.0 out of 5 stars WOW, just wow! Now that is how you tell a story! September 7, 2012

Sometimes by the time you get to a third book the story runs out of steam. That is NOT the case here. I laughed, I cried, I read them all again. Fan for life!

I have never lost sleep over a book but this one wow! I found myself unable to put the story down. Liz Schultz did an amazing job connecting you to the character and allowing your feelings to become intertwined with the characters. I really have no words. Just read it! Thank you and hope this story doesn't end at the 3rd installment.

5.0 out of 5 stars Really enjoyed this series.... September 24, 2012

I got book 1 free on Amazon and was hooked immediately. Bought book 2 and 3 together and read them over one weekend. Just wanted to find out how it ended. I didnt just love the two main characters but also Femi and Baker (and at a push I would admit to Quintus too). Happy that I found this series when all 3 books were published but I find myself wishing the story didnt end there. Would love another part to see how things worked out for Femi and Baker - there has to be a good story there too..... Anyway, a unique story, well told - I really enjoyed the 3 books!!

I like the stories, but who
With three principles, sometimes it's hard to keep up with who's talking. Also there are way too many typographical errors. It takes away from the story when I have to fix the text as I read. The stories are good enough that I keep reading them and I would give them 5 stars with these fixes. I still need a job I you want an editor. Cara Willis

5.0 out of 5 stars Loved it!!! May 8, 2014

In my opinion this is the best book in the trilogy! Love the characters and how they get out of trouble. Needed a "box of Kleenex" at one point as it got pretty emotional. Really wish the author would revised the book for some spell check which will enhance the reading experience. The relationship of the main characters is great and not cheesy as they are very strong and complement each other very well, the romance level is good with lots of action.

5.0 out of 5 stars Guardian trilogy April 29, 2014

I love this book, In fact, I have loved each thing I have read so far from this author! I would recommend to friends and family. I read three of her series in the course of a little over a week. I just couldn't put the books down. And I miss the characters now that I have finished them.

5.0 out of 5 stars Good Ending April 24, 2014
Format:Kindle Edition|Verified Purchase
In the final book all of the characters that were introduced in books 1 and 2 get to meet and influence one another. Even though you expect the freedom of silo 18, the way it happens is unexpected. The last book brings back the excitement of the first book in the trilogy and steps away from the informational, but at times tedious second book. I loved that there are parts where there are so many details that you might have to read it twice for it to make sense and be able to connect it to the previous books.

More About the Author

Many authors claim to have known their calling from a young age. Liz Schulte, however, didn't always want to be an author. In fact, she had no clue. Liz wanted to be a veterinarian, then she wanted to be a lawyer, then she wanted to be a criminal profiler. In a valiant effort to keep from becoming Walter Mitty, Liz put pen to paper and began writing her first novel. It was at that moment she realized this is what she was meant to do. As a scribe she could be all of those things and so much more.
When Liz isn't writing or on social networks she is inflicting movie quotes and trivia on people, reading, traveling, and hanging out with friends and family. Liz is a Midwest girl through and through, though she would be perfectly happy never having to shovel her driveway again. She has a love for all things spooky, supernatural, and snarky. Her favorite authors range from Edgar Allen Poe to Joseph Heller to Jane Austen to Jim Butcher and everything in between.
