This excellent book, very nicely produced with colour illustrations, presents Toronto-based oyster shucker supreme Patrick McMurray's wisdom about oysters - where they come from, the different species, how to open them, and a great selection of top oyster houses around the world. An ideal present for the seafood lover in your life.

Great good, well written, excellant photos and information. Nice how to do steps for choosing the right tools for shucking and the proper way to open oysters. Discribes all the different varieties of oysters.
