4.0 out of 5 stars Great Conversation Starter / Re-director, July 13, 2007
By
This review is from: Consider This...: Questions That Make You Think (Paperback)
This book is chock full of questions the speak to ontology, cosmology, morality, etc etc. The table of contents says it all: The Arts, Cause and Effect, Existence and Death, Good and Evil, Happiness and Suffering, Ideas and Opinions, Nature and Animals, Philosophy and Religion, Time and Space, Truth and Reality.

If you're looking for a way to begin or deepen a conversation, learn a few of these questions -- maybe some in each category. You'll be light years ahead of most ....

1.0 out of 5 stars Disappointed, August 5, 2009

Bought the book based on a friend's recommendation. Contrary to the title, I did not feel the questions made me think. Does not enhance the thinking or critical thinking process.
