5.0 out of 5 stars Tennis Educational Videos from Tom Avery, August 26, 2000

This review is from: Consistent Tennis Wins 2 [VHS] (VHS Tape)
Tom Avery's Consistent tennis Wins Video series is the by far the most effective self contained video tennis lessons I have ever had! Being new to tennis and taking lessons from several pros I would forget my lessons, with Toms video series I always have that refresher lesson sitting in my VCR. Tom Averys Videos have given me a new love for the game, being a consistent player now, I play the game even more. I purchased the first tape for my wife and found It to be just what I needed, my game has become consistently better from viewing these tapes. I especially loved the tape for my serve I was ready to leave the game and Toms simple tips made my first serve percentage rise from about 40% to 80%, for the dollar this tape has big bang. Thanks Tom Cannot wait to see what your next tape looks like. Dan Bubenik

The equal of the first tape, but with quite a different emphasis. It gives enough strategy to keep most players thinking and improving for quite some time. A well-done tape. The instructor is engaging.

4.0 out of 5 stars Consistent tennis wins two., March 20, 2006
Ideal for a player who has a general idea of all tennis strokes and wants to know some more on how to win tennis games. The colour became too sharp at times and this can be irritating.
