Not Happy,

I was kind of surprised that the price of this booklet was so high, but I needed it for a course and purchased it. Though it was listed as "new" it was far from new -- it was yellow and not what I expected. I was able to return it to the seller. But more amazing was the fact that I was charged a "re-stocking" fee. A pretty ridiculous and unfair practice.
