Constitutional Law I- was probably the most difficult first year law school course that I had. The sheer volume of reading required hours of preparation. As a supplement - this book is invaluable. In a straightforward manner, the book explains the Commerce Clause, powers of Congress, Executive Immunity, Judicial Review, Privileges and Immunities, State Action, etc... The examples are common questions a student would find on an exam. The explanations work through each level of analysis required to understand Con Law. I found the book most helpful in preparing for finals. The book is current, containing the latest case law. Your Con Law professor probably bought this book - I would strongly recommend it.

Although this book doesn't cover everything my class did, it was invaluable in providing a broad overview of the subject and some insights that I hadn't focused on before. Also a lifesaver during exam time! I strongly recommend.
