5.0 out of 5 stars Constitutional Law In a Nutshell , 7th Ed.
This soft covered text of over 700 pages, was purchased new and arrived ahead of time and in good condition. This is a very interesting textbook. Written in plain English (not legalese) it covers topics from Allocation of Judicial Powers to Due Process to Civil Rights and Liberties and everything else in between. It is a very compact reference book. If you are taking a...

This is a good book. It could be written more clearly though. The text reads more like the hornbooks. It would be nicer if the language was more ordinary.

It does sum things up in a nutshell, though, and did a good job at that.

This book closely follows the cases that we cover in my Con Law class and discusses issues that my professor highlights. Great for reviewing.

case names and general principles, but no fact rehash re the cases.

writing borders on conclusory.

decent review tool if you already know your stuff, but if you're in the process of learning, it won't help much.

Constitutional Law in a Nutshell is just that, it is grand at laying out the essential elements of the founding document of the United States of America. It is a true asset in my educational endeavor.

This is not an easy read, yet it will probably one of the most factual and valuable references in your library.
The authors analyze early cases to the most recent cases before the Supreme court and the appeals courts. The chapters consider substantial law, and revisionist law and the cases in the headlines. Showing how these cases became household words and effect our lives today.
