I used this book when I went to college at Pierce College and the principles still ring true today. I employ some of the materials and processes in my restaurants designs today.
It is great for people it volatile weather or natural disaster area as he specialized in those types of projects and performed several earthquake retrofits throughout Los Angeles's pre 1920 masonry buildings.
