Easy Read,

This review is from: Construction Scheduling: Principles and Practices (2nd Edition) (Hardcover)
Book was required reading for a construction scheduling course as part of a CE construction management program. Having a background in scheduling (just not construction), this was a very informative and easy read. The author somehow managed to make the topic of scheduling relatively interesting and really drove home the key points. Some good tutorials on MS Project and Primavera as well.

This book helped me put my job scheduling on the right track, was all over the place with dates and time request for completion status. Also was able check out the budget estimating process for a preliminary study with the contractors that were knocking at my door on a regular bases. In the future I will check into some of the software for estimating and scheduling and take-off needs.
Thank You, Talibah Salih

I had to get this for a class. It is fine, but nothing teaches like having real world experience. It is good for people without any scheduling/project experience to understand what the theories are behind putting together a schedule.
