5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent book for consultants on a SRM implementation project, May 16, 2008
This review is from: Consultant's Guide to SAP SRM (Hardcover)
The authors Padmaprasad and Ramki did a great job. They met the expectation set and delivered what is promised. After going through this book , a new SRM consultant can implement a SRM scenario with ease. This book covered the required configuration steps for every possible SRM scenario. The authors start with a case study for each chapter and explain the implementation steps.I also liked the chapter on FAQ and important links. [...]

The authors did not discuss much on the HR replication to SRM. This scenario is gaining importance and i did not understand how the authors skipped to delve into details on this.Overall excellent book

Project Managers , client managers , SRM Technical consultants can also refer to Sachin Sethi's "Enahncing Supplier Relationship Management with SAP" for details of SRM capabilities.

This was excellent. It takes you through the configuration steps as well as providing enough information about the functionality to understand areas you have not touched before. I am an old FI guy and this was extremely helpful. I highly recommend it.
