As a keynote speaker, trainer, author, and consultant, Dr. Steve Albrecht is internationally recognized for his expertise in challenging HR issues. Since 1987, his San Diego-based firm has provided consulting and training programs in workplace violence prevention, sexual harassment, substance abuse, team conflict resolution, and stress management.

In 1994, Dr. Albrecht co-wrote Ticking Bombs: Defusing Violence in the Workplace, one of the first business books on workplace violence. His 15 books include Tough Training Topics; Added Value Negotiating; Service, Service, Service!; Fear and Violence on the Job; and five books for law enforcement.
