This book is an oldie but goodie. Very easy to follow and understand for the hospitality/service industry. Since the education systems do not teach service and most businesses do not put priority to education/training in "service" this is a must have book to get you on the right track!

Very well written. Simple and practical information for both students and practioners in the service industry.

A lecturer's/instructor's manual would be a welcome addition to the book. Is one available?
