This is a very nice book about Contact Improvisation dance. I did not read the other books about Contact, because they were old or expensive, so I cannot compare this book to the others. I found this book very easy and fun to read, there are a lot of good quality pictures and the graphical design of this book is good. If you want to understand more what is happening in Contact, or you want to teach yourself a Contact class, this is a recommended book. Since Contact dance is all about being centered in your body in there here and now with a partner, I recommend going to a Contact class for few months before reading this book.
