Good diagrams clearly explained on a step by step level. From butterfly transfers, isolations, holds, rolls to multiballs tricks and loads more.

Like James Ernst, I got hooked on the idea of contact juggling before I knew there was a name for it, and by the same movie, Labyrinth. Most of the book is about the basics and some more sophisticated contact juggling, but at the end, there is a basic tutorial on traditional juggling, plate spinning, Devil Sticks, and more.

The author walks you through the techniques with detailed instructions and text, and provides instructions so good that you really could learn from the book (with much perserverence).

This book and a three inch ball can start you down an absolutely habit-forming path to entertain others and yourself. Big fun!

The book "Contact Juggling" was received today, 1.24.11. I originally ordered the item 12.13.2010. The item is as described. I had intended the item to be a Christmas gift but I guess it is going to be a little late. The Book Depository was very prompt in getting a second book sent to me when the first book ordered did not arrive by 1.10.11. As of today, 1.24.11, I still haven't received the first book shipped. I received the second book shipped within 5 days of it being sent to me. Thank you, Book Depository for coming through.

This is pretty much the Bible of contact juggling, but unlike the Bible this has never been updated since it came out 11 years ago.. If you go through this book and take out all the pages that don't pertain to Contact Juggling you'll end up with around 47 pages of content.. Some of the descriptions can be a bit confusing, and once again with the internet and youtube, you can easily learn all these tricks, and in better detail..

I'm honestly starting to wonder if any of the DVD's, or books on Contact Juggling are worth buying, I have this book, the Fushigi Tutorial DVD, and the Ultimate Contact Juggling DVD, and I gotta say even though the Fushigi ball is crap, the DVD that came with it was better then the Ultimate CJ DVD you can buy on here.. Other then that I have been told that Contact Juggling volume 1 (DVD) is supposed to be the best one out there, so once I decide if I wanna pay more money in hopes of a good lesson, i'll review that..
