Carl Zeiss T* lens
The Contax i4R features a Tessar 6.5mm f/2.8 lens consisting of 4 elements in 3 groups with two aspheric and one high index lens element and was specifically designed for digital use. The added benefit of Carl Zeiss optics is the anti-reflective T* coating that delivers higher contrast, deeper saturation, more shadow detail and cleaner, crisper colors.

Exclusive RTUNE image processing
Faster start-up, under 0.9 seconds. Faster shutter response, under 0.7 seconds. Faster shot-to-shot times. And continuous shooting at 3 pictures per second until the card is full (using an optional high-speed SD card). All in addition to delivering photographs with balanced, accurate colors. Better contrast and detail. And virtually no picture noise.

9-point AF
For improved focusing accuracy, a 9-point multi-auto-focus function is the perfect solution, especially when subjects are not centered in your composition. The 9-point system automatically selects focus via one of the nine focusing points for accurate focusing. This is especially useful in Enhanced Continuous AF shooting mode.

Easy-charge USB cradle
If you're tired of hooking up your camera via cables each time you what to charge the battery or download images, the Easy Charge USB cradle can handle it. I've only owned this camera for three days. The photos are outstanding. I own the Nikon D70 & the pictures are on a par with it. If you want a camera to carry in your pocket or purse, this is the one. I bought it just to carry with me so I would always have a camera, not thinking the pictures would be this great, but I was in for a very pleasant surprise. I am more than happy with this camera.
