Upon recieving an expensive order from visiondecor, we began to assemble our desk and discovered, after a thorough inspection of every box, as well as every draw and the entire exerior of every piece we discovered several small assembly parts and a second set of directions were missing. We called vision decor during their ours and were told the lines were busy before being hung up on. I then wrote vision decor and never received a reply email. Additionally, I contacted Camilia Ward in customer service and only got her answering machine. A day later, I called her again, as she had not called me back, and I was able to get a hold of her; She agreed with me to send the parts to our address that day, which was friday last week. I later recieved an email from her asking if i had further questions; i told her i need tracking info on the parts and she responded that the tracking would be sent once the package shipped. So now its been over two weeks and our office is held up with desk pieces and I don't know if the package has shipped. I wrote Camilia Ward this wednesday night and she hasn't gotten back to us and it is now friday. I called them first thing in the morning and the phone service claims all lines are busy; I don't know any companies that have that kind of call volume the minute they open. I presently have emailed Camilia Ward at customer service and have forwarded that mail to the company mailbox. I have also found today their is no reaching anyone as they are either not at their phones or else a message claims the line is perpetually busy. There is no information about who to contact overseeing Camilia Ward, or anywhere else in the "business" for that matter. This is hands DOWN THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED.
