Best book written ever in the field of business. Ideal for any students either majoring or non majoring in business and acctg.

Boone and Kurtz continue their mastery in
writing business books for business and
nonbusiness students with this edition. The
original version was in hard cover and an
interim edition was put out in paperback: The
1997 version has just been released and it
excels, too. The chapters are very well
written with superb examples, great end-of-
chapter video cases, and a solid support
package. The instructor's manual is very
helpful and comprehensive, too. Sadly, the
authors joined the pack by relegating business
law to an appendix. However, sometimes even
leaders follow. If there is a better intro. to
business book than this, let someone present it. At least a few graduate schools use it at the beginning of their master's programs in business and management, too.

The best news is that the new version is out.
However, this version can be used with relevance
very appropriately over the next decade.

I'm taking an on-line college course, and this is this textbook. It's full of up-to-date information that relates well to today's business world. An excellent introduction book to the fascinating world of business.

This was the text book used for my Business class. It was MUCH cheaper here than at the school, and it's very informative. I didn't complete college to get my degree but kept the book because it was interesting.

Buyer beware that you may not (and probably won't) get what you paid for. According to this product advertisement a cd is included, however none came with book. I emailed amazon concerning this problem and was informed that no effort would be made to remedy this situation (since it came from amazons warehouse) and If I was unhappy with purchase I would have to send it back. I'd say that is awful customer service which I hope isn't systemic with how amazon does it's business, certainly will give me pause when ordering anything from amazon directly and makes me think twice about renewing my prime membership. I'd say the book is ok, maybe a little outdated.

This was a super price for this used book, and it was in great condition, as advertised.

This book is great for beginners business class. The best part it has a wonderful two page review of each chapter. And also study questions.

I ordered this book about 1 week before my online course started and I received it a few days before. Very fast to ship their product! It was in great condition. Well worth the money; I paid about 1/2 of what the campus bookstore sold it for. The only thing...It said it came with a CD-ROM, but I did not receive one. Luckily I did not need it for my course! Would definitely buy from again!

I needed books for summer school. I tried Amazon.com because I had heard so much about it from other students. At first I was a little leary because it was a company I had no experience with. But I took a chance and was surprisingly happy. I ordered the books around May 7th or so and they were due on June 2nd. They arrived within the same week of ordering them. Of course I was pleasantly surprised that they were so quick. I can say that I had a very good experience with Amazon.com and I hope to do more business with this company. Gwendolyn Hilliard

This bundle is specifically for Santa Monica College and should only be purchased by students attending this college. The extras will work with any class but the book will not. Please be aware of this. The product in whole is fine.
