Yes, indeed, the sofa looked great on the picture for me too, in addition to that the reviews were just excellent, though, I suspect the were written by request of the company's owner. The sofa proved to be of a bad quality, awfully inconvenient and doesn't have much of space as a sofa compared to other ones. As one of the reviewers noted the useless pillows slide off, the sofa has a bar in the middle once it turns into bed and I have backaches all the time after I sleep on it. I did not have much of a choice a year ago when I moved into a new apartment, and it seemed to be as a good idea to buy this bed from the Internet. I doubt I will ever be purchasing furniture online after this terrible experience!

I accidently bought this item because I was actually looking for a couch and I was not too interested in this this item. I tried to cancel it but it was already sent before I knew what happened. I AM GLAD THAT I GOT IT! It looks beautiful. The photo does no justice for this futon. It looks great in my living room. GREAT BUY!

This futon looks alot nicer and much more durable in the picture. It is not. While it is pretty comfortable to sleep on.... the latch to lower the back down into a bed position broke within the first 3 months. The "pillows" are useless and constantly slide off.

I would not purchase this if you are looking for something nice. It is convenient if you are looking for something easy such as for a college setting. I rushed into the purchase and regret buying the couch. I may give this to my brother who is starting graduate school and buy another one for my place.

I bought this sofa bed because I want to have additional sleeping space for my guests. I was hesitant to buy the sofa bed online because I can't determine how comfortable it is, but the price is just unbeatable. The sofa bed turned out to be very comfortable to sit on or sleep on. I think the price also offers value because of its quality and workmanship. I recommend people to buy this sofa bed if you are looking for sofa bed that has value and is comfortable.

This is a great couch, especially for the price. It is comfortable, sturdy, and classy looking. One thing, though, is that it is hard to put together. You almost need a drill to put the legs on. In fact, I wish I'd had one -- it would've made putting the sofa together MUCH easier. Other than the issue with the legs, I would say overall, a great purchase!

The sofa is very nice and the contemporary look goes great with my place. As comfortable as it is as a sofa, its really awful as a bed. There is a bar right down the middle that is agonizing to sleep on. The price is worth it though for the sofa, just get a pillow top for it if you plan on using it as a bed.

I bought this futon as a couch for my one bed room apartment. I like to use it as a spare bed for someone come to visit and have a place to crash. It looks pretty modern and fits my life style and it is also very easy to clean.

I bought this Futon Sofa Bed for my office and it is great for guests visiting as well. The material it uses are very durable and modern. I got nothing but good comments from my family and friends after sleeping on it. The transition parts are very simple and quick. This is great for a multifunction room. I would definitely buy again if I have the room for it and recommend it to anyone. "Great Buy!"

I bought this futon as a couch for my college apartment and my roommate and I LOVED it. It is so easy to switch between the bed and couch so that guests could sleep comfortably when they stayed the night. The exterior looks and feels smooth and soft but is easily cleaned. And it's really durable. After using it two years in my college apartment, I brought it back home to my own room.
